Expandig Security Inc. is a Vancouver-based, owner-operated security firm. We started Expandig because property managers, GCs and store operators in BC kept telling us the same thing: 'We don't actually know what our security company does at night.' We do.
Why we built Expandig.
The BC security industry has a structural problem: most contracts are signed without a clear understanding of what actually happens overnight. Officers turn over, supervisors stop calling back, reports arrive weeks late — and clients only find out something is broken when an incident happens.
We started Expandig to do the opposite of that. Same primary officer, every shift. A live supervisor on every round. A digital report in your inbox before sunrise. A direct mobile line to the supervisor on duty for your account — not a ticketing queue, not a call centre.
